About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will be arriving at PEK Terminal 3 and need to get to NAY for my flight to Datong.

Is there a shuttle bus transfer and, if so, where do I go to catch it and how can I buy a ticket?

You can take airport bus-xidan route at T3 station and get off at NAY station. you could buy tickets outside the number 7 or 9 in the first floor of T3.
