The best way to NAY from Beijing Capital International Airport at 1:00 AM

Is the airport open 24 hours? Appreciated!!!

The best way is to take a taxi to NAY for about CNY 150. The terminals of the two airports are open around the clock, so passengers can stay overnight at the public area of the waiting hall.
