Can I collect tickets from any ticket office?

I am departing Shanghai from the Shanghai Railway Station. I have booked online and would like to pick them up before my departure. Can I collect them from any of the ticket offices in Shanghai or only from the railway station?

Just the railway station, the office cannot work for passport holders
