About:China Visa

I am currently at Schenzen in F type till August end for my student program.

The company would like to take me in to employment after I complete my masters (in November at India). Is it possible for me to apply now for converting my F type to work permit from china? or should i apply it from india? which category i should apply for? (M or Z?)...how much time it will take to grant work permit? and what will be the visa charges?

Hi, you can try to convert your current F type to a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to apply for it from India. Usually, it takes 7 working days to grant work permit, and it may cost RMB168 if you make the application from China.
