is there a bus route to Novotel Clover or disneyland at that time?

You can take the airport shuttle bus night line to East Yan’an Road Middle Zhejiang Road Bus Stop first. Then you may walk about 300 meters to Dashijie Metro Station to take metro line 8 and get off at Oriental Sports Center Station. Afterwards, you may transfer metro line 11 to Kangxin Road Station, Exit 2. Later, you may walk about 500 meters ahead to find your hotel.
