Arriving at Guilin airport in the afternoon (Friday, 2pm) and wanting to visit Rice Terraces

A family of six is arriving Friday afternoon 2pm, and we want to go visit the rice terrace straight after landing on the same day, to enjoy the scenery and sunset. We would like to stay in Dazhai or Pingan for that evening/night and leave for Yangshuo the next morning. Any recommendations on transport Guilin-Airport to Longsheng?
