About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Italian and I live in Hong Kong.

If I fly from Hong Kong to Shanghai and than back to Hong Kong, do I qualify for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai?

No, you don’t qualify for that if you will go back to HK because it’s not a transit at all.
