About:Shenzhen Metro Line 4 (Longhua Line)

Im Canadian and looking at flying into Shanghai and staying for 4 days.

Then flying from Shanghai to Japan for 7 days. Flying Back to Beijing. Staying in Beijing for 3 days and then flying back to Toronto from Beijing. Is this possible with the free visa time periods?

Yes, it is possible. If you travel like that, you can enjoy visa-free transit in Shanghai and Beijing.
