About:China Visa on Arrival

My daughter is studying in Nanchang university for four years,am I eligible for a visa on arrival?

I WISH VISIT HER DURING THE WINTER SEASON NEXT YEAR AT NANCHANG

No. It doesn't matter even when your daughter is Chinese. VOAs are only issued to those whose visas are pre-approved by the government or invited by the government.
