Changsa Train Station to Zhangjiajie bu bus

I arrive at Changsha at 25th june 2017, and i want to go to Zhangjiajie by bus, which route is the best ?

if i want to go to Zhangjiajie from lituo bus station, which direction i must go?
may i know bout the schedule n ticket prize too?
