About:China Visa

I currently have Resident permit and working permit.

but i plan to change the company and leaving company in between.

Will i be able to come and go with my resident permit ?

another question is if i let my resident permit expire... Do i have to go back to the whole Z Visa process again to get a new one ?

Hi, if your resident permit is still valid, you can enter and exit China without a visa.
You can try to apply for a new work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB. If it can be done, there is no need to go back to your home country for that.
