days can stay in china

hi i am a domestic helper here in hong kong. i am a filipina my employer sponsor me a visa for going to beijing china with them for holiday. my visa type is l. my question is can i stay there for 1 month?

Hi, usually, the stay duration of L type is 30 days, so you can visit mainland China for a month. Don't worry!

If so, you can only stay for 7 days in China. Usually, the consular officers give you a proper stay of duration according to the actual days you need.

we will going there in july 1 we staying there until august 13 but what i see in my visa is duration of stay is 7 days...i am afraid of this because my employer do this to my co helper she let her stay in china for 4 months.
