Interview in China

I'm inquiring about a potential scenario. I may be traveling to China for a final interview for a position in my home country (USA) for a Chinese manufacturer. All of the leadership for this company is in Shantou and they may ask me to come to meet them. I would also be bringing my sister as a travel companion. We would be in China for no more than 5 days. What type of Visa should I apply for and what type should my sister apply for?
