I have applied for China Visa with multiple entry for 5 time during last two years

and every time I was issued single entry one. I traveled 4 times and returned. Please suggest and let me know the procedure for getting Multiple entry visa as I need to meet our supplier regularly.

Chandru, first, you should prepare passport and its photocopy, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your supplier and other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
And then submit the application to the CVASC.
