About:China Private Visit Visa

S1 for my boyfriend

Hi I am currently working in Shanghai and my boyfriend has been here with me for 2 months on a tourist visa. Can he apply for an S1 type even though we aren't married? How long can he stay on an S1 and where can he apply? Thanks

Katrina, if so, I'm afraid your boyfriend cannot apply for an S1 type to stay in China.
