About:How to Travel From Guilin to Yangshuo

Hi! Is it possible to get a boat/cruise/raft from Yangshuo to Guilin?

It seems the boats only go from Guilin to YS for some reason...

No, I'm afraid that you may not take a cruise from YS to GL. As I know, it is a counter current flow from YS to GL, and the boat or cruise cannot do that way.
