whether scanned copies of documents are accepted

I've been admitted into a chinese university for my postgraduate studies. I've received a scanned copy of the admission letter and the jw202 documents but the original is yet to arrive by post. My question is whether I can apply for my visa using the scanned copies I have since time might not be on my side. Thank you

Daniel, you may be able to use the scanned copies, but if the original documents are required, you should provide them for the application then.
