About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Train ticket collection shanghai hongqiao

I purchased tickets from Shanghai hongqiao station to hangzhou. where do I have to go to collect them? How long before departure? Thank you

You can collect them at any time once you get the pick up number. We suggest you to arrive at the station about 90min in advance for the collection and boarding. With paper ticket in hand, 40min would be enough. Our booking consultants have sent you emails about your booking, please check the email. Thank you.
