I purchased tickets from Shanghai hongqiao station to hangzhou. where do I have to go to collect them? How long before departure? Thank you

Thank you for your inquiry.You can collect them at any time once you get the pick up number. We suggest you to arrive at the station about 90min in advance for the collection and boarding.
