About:China Transit Visa

INDIAN PASSPORT TRANSIT FOR 48 HOURS

Hey,i am indian passport holder and i will have stop over in beijing for 24 hours on my way from Japan to singapore. Under stand its free transit for 24 hours. my question is when do you start counting 24 hours ?if i landing time to departure time or landing time to checkin at immigration time ? what happens if its 30 hours for indian passport? please assist. thanks

Hi, the 24 hour direct transit policy in Beijing starts from flight arrival time to flight departure time. If you stay for more than 24 hours, you need to apply for a visa beforehand for that.
