How early do you need to arrive at the train station before departure?

I am taking the high speed train from shanghai Hongqiao to Beijing South Friday June 16th at 7pm and vice versa Sunday June 18th at 7pm. Thank you!

Usually, you are suggest to arrive at the train station 1 hour earlier.
