We are a group of 5 and is scheduled to leave Shenzhen on 10 July to HKIA for a flight at 1400hrs.

You are advised to take a ferry at Shekou Port. The ferry departs at 07:45, 08:45, 10:00, 11:15 and 12:15 in the morning with the interval of about 30 minutes. The ticket fare is HK$340/person for a general class. Besides, some airline companies provide the pre-boarding service at the Shekou Port.

Go to the nearest border crossing. Once you've crossed through the China side there are bus stations that can sell you a shuttle pass to HKIA for $150-180CNY per person. They come every 30-45 minutes starting around 7:30am. Just tell the attendant "Hong Kong Airport." These "shuttles" are the Toyota passenger vans with the logo "Sky Limo" on the side. It's a direct ride to the airport. Easypeasy!
