About:China Visa Exemption

Transit visa - italian

Morning, my flight is from Kunming to macau via Shanghai airport (transit time 4.5 hrs) . I already have single entry. Should I apply for the transit permit in Shanghai airport at arrival ? many thanks in advance

If you are already in China then there's nothing you need to do. The permit is only for those entering China. If not, then your single-entry visa will be used.
