aplication exceed 30 days

Hello
I arrived with a visa Z, currently my work permit is being treated but i wont have it before the 30 days after my entry in China, after gettign it we will apply for the resident permit is there a penalty for applying after 30 days? my company believes that i have 3 months to apply for resident permit.

Carmen, if so, it is ok. If you are still worried, you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to confirm that.
