About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have 4 hrs lay-over in Beijing going to San Francisco. Do I have time to go around the city?

In my opinion, you may have some rest or wander around in the airport. If you go out of the airport, you will need to apply for a stay permit. After the series of procedures, there is little time left for you to go around the city. As a result, you are advised to stay in the airport.
