About:China Visa

Chinese employer can only give WORK PERMIT.Can I still apply for Z Visa?

I am from the Philippines and I have found an employer in Beijing. They can only give me WORK CONTRACT as of now. Can I still apply for Z type?

Meshfar, if your employer can get a work permit for you, you can apply for a work Z type.
But if you just have labor contract, you cannot apply for work Z type.
