I am Nigeria citizen living in switzerland with L permit.Can i apply for Double/Multiple entry visa?

I am Nigeria citizen living in switzerland with L permit.Can i apply for Double/Multiple entry visa with 6months or more validity?

If it is your first time to China, you can only able to get a single entry or double entry visa at most.
