hi, I want to ask if its possible to get permition to china and Tibet?

Hi, I am slovakian. I love horses and adventure. I am working on one project, where I will travel on horse back from slovakia to tibet.This trip leads through ukraine, russia kazachstan, uzbekistan, tajikistan-china and tibet. I know its hard to get permition to tibbet-but i wanted to ask if its possible to cross borders of your country with two horses and one man and what i need to get permition. And if you have some knowledge about getting then from chine to tibet.? thank you...
