stay in pvg

Hi there ,
I have a USA passport , i flew to hkg, I'm staying for 5 days in hkg, then I'm thinking of flying to pvg to check out Disneyland ...... stay 2 night... ( arrive in the afternoon....check in / next day check out Disneyland / stay overnight / check out to catch flight from pvg to sfo
( airline employee will not have tkt but will have confirmation pnr. )
