travel itinerary

Hi, I am applying for an F visa and have an invitation and cultural exchange program organised. However, I have ten days following this for travel. I have not as yet confirmed my travel details - places or dates.
What shall I put in the dates in section 2.5 for travel address etc thanks

Also, in question 1.15 I have ticked the box 'other' for occupation but it will not allow me to fill in details of my occupation? Thankyou - Kate
