NZ passport applying for China visa in Greece

Hello!
I have an NZ Passport and I'm currently backpacking in Greece. I've been offered a job in China and was wondering if I can apply for my work Z type in Greece or do I have to apply in New Zealand?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
