Hi, it's possible for you to make the application.
First, prepare the relevant documents: your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, and a passport-style photo taken recently, ARC card, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary. Next, submit the application to CVASC.
