Student Resident Permit

Dear Travel China Guide,

I am currently studying with student X type for a year and got the resident permit for student in China. My visa will expire in Oct 2017 and am I still allowed to travel to another country (Europe) in Aug 2017?? Or am I not allowed to go outside China at least 3 months before validation?
