How much time do I need at T3 Beijing Capital Airport from domestic to International?

I am an American flying from Lhasa to T3 on Air China. I arrive at 13:25 on a Sunday.
Then I fly out of T3 on the international side on United Airlines back to the states at 16:10. This gives me 2h 45 min to pick up my luggage on the domestic side and the go to the international side of T3 to check in. Is this enough time? I could also fly out of T2 on Delta, but I would need to transfer terminals. But this flight gives me 3H 25min between flights. Which is better? Thanks!

As I know, 2h 45min is enough for you to make that transfer. You may choose one which is more convenient for you. If you take a big baggage, then you are advised to take the flight at T3, which is easier for you.
