Buying 4 train tickets

Hi

I need to book 4 beds from Beijing to Xian and would like to know if:
- can you guarantee we will stay in the same compartment?
- can all of them be delivered to a uni address in Beijing? If so can only the receiver show his passport or all passports have to be shown upon delivery?
