I'm in New Zealand,can I book train through you both within China and from Beijing to UlanBator

Is it possible to get confirmation by email and can all the tickets be collected from the departure station, particularly the one to Ulan Bator?

No, for Beijing to UlanBator, you need an adress for post. For other China domestic trips, you could collect by yourself at the station.
