About:China Visa

I am Canadian, depart Detroit to Shanghai (48 hr stay) depart to Tokyo then back to Detroit

Detroit to Shanghai 48 hrs to Tokyo 12 hrs to Detroit
Do I need a China visa or can I get a 72 or 144 hr visa upon arrival in China?

Matt, you can get the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. No visa will be needed then.
