terminal 2 - arrival / lounge access at beijing capital airport

Question

I will need to remain at Terminal 2 upon my arrival from Bangkok on Hainan Airlines for about 7 hours before meeting my family on a separate flight arriving at the airport later in the afternoon ... I have a business class lounge pass, so will I be able to have access to either the Air China Business Class Lounge in Terminal 2 or BGS Premier Lounge in Terminal 2 when I leave my flight and if I do not leave the arrival area ??  Thanks for your assistance.

As I know, this hourly lounge is located between the Gate D2 and D3 on the underground floor and I have no idea whether it is in the arrival area. You can dial their service line 010-64598943 for the detailed information.
