Terminal 2 - Arrival / Lounge Access at Beijing Capital Airport

I will need to remain at Terminal 2 upon my arrival from Bangkok on Hainan Airlines for about 7 hours before meeting my family on a separate flight arriving at the airport later in the afternoon ... I have a business class lounge pass, so will I be able to have access to either the Air China Business Class Lounge in Terminal 2 or BGS Premier Lounge in Terminal 2 when I leave my flight and if I do not leave the arrival area ??
