About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

How to track my refund money?

I refunded my train ticket from Guangzhou to Kunming 2 days before. I received the receipt from the railway station, but the cash has not yet reached my bank account. What would you suggest me to do?

Usually the refund should be finished within 3 to 5 working days. You may wait a few more days. However, if you booked the ticket from a booking agent, that means the refund will back to their card instead of yours. So you need to contact them with the receipt.
