About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Canadian and would like to visit Shanghai as a tourist for 4 days.

Can i travel / enter directly Shanghai without a Visa and avail of 144 hours visa free transit ?

If you travel like country A-Shanghai (4 days)-country B, you can make use of the 144 hour free transit. You don’t need to apply for a visa then.
