is it better to ship multiple smaller packages approx. 10 kg or single packages 30 kg?

what is the optimal weight for shipping packages from china to canada?

Well, for the item to Canada, the weight limitation is 30kg for air mail and surface mail. Thus you can choose them in single 30kg package.
