About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I booked a one-way ticket from Montreal to Shanghai

and I will also book a one-way ticket from Shanghai to Saigon, I plan to stay in Shanghai for less that 6 days, would I need a visa for that? Thank you!

If you are a Canadian citizen than not. You can apply for 144h free transit.
