About:Beijing West Railway Station

Ticket collection counter at Beijing West Station, where and what time

I will be collecting my tickets which i bought online at West Station for my fast train to Xi'an North in June. Where exactly is the ticket collection counter located? What time does it open? My ride will depart at 08.05 am. What time must i arrive at the station? How long is estimated que to collect the ticket? Thank you

The ticket offices can be found on east side of North Square and west side of South Square. Most counters can be used for the collection. You can check the map above. This website says arriving at the station 90min in advance for the collection is recommended. Th office works based on the rail operation, usually around 30min or 1 hour before the first departure.
