Oxygen on Golmud Lhasa route

Do many people have an oxygen problem when they get off the train in Lhasa? If so, what assistance is available in Lhasa?

This happens, but I think this should be a little better then flight since you go gradually by rail. There is Oxygen supply when reach a high altitude (the facilities may not always work well). If you need assistance, you can contact the steward
