About:Beijing Capital Airport Express Train

Dongzhimen station facilities

Is there any escalator or lift available at this station? Or do we have to climb the staircase to reach the platform? I'm bringing my parents along to Beijing and we will be bringing some luggage.

As I know, there is no escalator or lift available at Dongzhimen Metro Station.

From street level to minus one level, there is an escalator. Then, from -1 to -2, no escalator but there is an elevator for disabled (so, ask the workers to open it for you - I never asked though). And finally after the ticket control, there is an escalator from -2 to the platform on -3.
