Question

My husband is Chinese citizen and I get residence permit with Q1 visa?And Residence Permit will I get is a temp res permit or permanent res permit? And is it possible to get res permit if my husband going to plice only with my original passport and all my support document cause I am in Indonesia to take care of my family in ICU HospitalAlso how much cost for it and how long the process for it?THANK YOU

Melisa, you can apply for a Q1 type and then apply for a temporary residence permit. If you want to apply for residence permit, I’m afraid you should be within China. Usually, it costs CNY400 for a one-year residence permit. It takes 15 working days to get the result after you submit the application.
