Residence Permit, Urgent

My husband is Chinese citizen and I get residence permit with Q1 visa?
And Residence Permit will I get is a temp res permit or permanent res permit?
And is it possible to get res permit if my husband going to plice only with my original passport and all my support document cause I am in Indonesia to take care of my family in ICU Hospital
Also how much cost for it and how long the process for it?
