About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

is it acceptable to apply for a 144h visa: Milan-Shanghai (3/4 days)-HK(just transit)-Milan ??

Sara, it is acceptable. If so, you can make use of the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.
