Are there taxis waiting for passengers?

On my way back to Shanghai by airplane I want to visit Yangling Mausoleum in the late afternoon (departure time is 9pm). I want to go there by public transport and then want to take a taxi to the airport. Are there usually enough taxis to wait for their next passenger?

Or is there public transport to the airport?

You are advised to book a taxi in advance to catch your departing flight. It will charge CNY40-70.
