Canada>Shanghai--Shanghai>Seoul>Canada. Only transit for 2 hours in Seoul. Can I get 144 hour visa?

My Itinerary is Canada>Shanghai -- Shanghai>Seoul>Canada. But I am only transiting through Seoul for 2 hours. Can I still get the 144 hour free transit at Shanghai?
