About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Transfer from domestic T1 to international T3 at Beijing Capital Airport.

We arrive Hainan Airlines HU7102 6/07/2017 7:05 PM at Terminal 1 and depart Qantas Airways QF108 6/07/201 . 11:45 PM . - will we have time to transfer? One of us will need a wheelchair for the transfer.
