About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi,I am here in China as Z visa holder and I have residency permit until January 4.

Can my husband join me?If yes,how?

Yes, he can join you. He can apply for an S1 type for China and then he can also apply for a temporary residence permit to stay with you.

He needs to provide passport and copy of its data page, a filled-out application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, an invitation letter from you and copies of your passport and residence permit, as well as marriage certificate.
